The CW-PV-GG-HX is a state-of-the-art fully automatic line breaking photovoltaic cleaning robot designed specifically for large-scale ground photovoltaic power stations. Integrating a cleaning robot, a line-breaking shuttle car, and supporting tracks, this system achieves unmanned cleaning across multiple array photovoltaic panels. It is highly compatible with fixed brackets and centralized power stations, including agricultural, fishery, and factory rooftop installations.
Reduce costs and improve efficiency by covering multiple arrays. One device can clean multiple sets of photovoltaic arrays via the shuttle bus system, maximizing coverage for large centralized plants.
Supports timed startup, automatic cleaning, and automatic return. Equipped with a built-in solar self-powered system and large-capacity lithium battery for year-round uninterrupted operation.
Utilizes special soft nylon wire brushes and spiral roller brushes. High-speed rotation achieves waterless cleaning, preventing secondary pollution and micro-cracks caused by water washing.
Adapts to bracket tilts up to 45°, front-to-back displacement of 0.25m, and height differences of 0.5m. Handles continuous uphill gradients up to 18°.
Control via mobile APP, remote PC, or on-site remote control. Customizable travel speeds and IoT communication technology allow for remote status monitoring.
Perfectly suited for large centralized ground stations, agricultural-PV, fishery-PV, and regular rooftop power stations with fixed brackets.
