For the past 18 years, Osvaldas has been working in real estate development in three different countries. He was responsible for all aspects of the real estate development process, including design, permitting, and construction. His extensive experience is a valuable asset for the development of solar projects.
Eglė has over 15 years of management and business development experience. Her experience is truly global: she has been involved in construction projects, as well as work within the wine trade and creative industries, in five different countries. She is dedicated to working in conscious businesses and has a long-term vision for solar energy investments.
Vytautas has been working in the investment banking field for the last 15 years. Prior to founding Exedra Corporate Finance, he worked as an M&A Director at a global beverages conglomerate SPI Group; before that he was an M&A banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and an M&A Associate Director at Prime Investment.
