Technical Deep Dive

Our wide selection of 120/240V Split Phase Inverter Chargers ranges from 1,000 watts to 12,000 watts, with DC inputs of 12V, 24V, and 48V. The 120/240 Vac split phase is a single-phase three-wire mid-point neutral power distribution system common in North America, providing 120 Vac for residential use and 240 Vac for heavy industrial loads like compressors and pumps.

These low-frequency inverters produce two legs of 120V hot lines, which can be integrated into main power distribution panels. The voltage between L1 and L2 is 240 Vac, while the voltage between either hot line and neutral is 120V.

Production and Quality
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the product quality?
QC regularly checks the quality. Our products have maintained a damage rate of less than 3% over the past five years, establishing us as a high-quality inverter supplier.
What happens if the product has a problem?
We have a professional after-sales team and provide a 24-month warranty. We will track product usage and assist you until the issue is fully resolved.
Do you accept OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we fully support both OEM and ODM services to meet your specific requirements.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products have passed several industry certifications including CE, ETL, Thayer, UL, and CCC, and the management system is ISO certified.
What is the difference between a standard inverter and a solar inverter?
A standard inverter only accepts AC input. A solar inverter accepts both AC input and PV input from solar panels, making it more energy-efficient.
What material is used in the transformer?
We offer two types: 100% copper or copper with aluminum, depending on your requirements. Copper provides a longer lifespan and higher performance.
